Every year in August, hundreds gather at the Oologah, Okla. ranch where Oklahoman Will Rogers was born for a fly-in named after Rogers and his friend, pilot Wiley Post.   Their love of aviation is celebrated with this unique event that recreates their historic visit to the property.  The event also offers crowds the opportunity to enjoy more than 100 vintage and contemporary airplanes landing and taking off from a field near the historic ranch home.  Visitors can fly in for a cowboy breakfast, pick up a hand crafted horse saddle, attend a cowboy church service and check out antique aircraft and cars up close.
This event presented a nice opportunity to use nat sound and offered great visuals that made for interesting weekend coverage.
